Dear children!
I am sending my sincere greetings to you on the occasion of the International Children´s Day.
This holiday is full of special meaning for each of us, since we all have been fortunate to experience it. This holiday embodies the essence of being, reflects the symbolic harmony of human nature. It is through comprehension of childhood and perception of its special world and unique sub-culture that the providential calling of a person is conveyed.
Declaration that children are our future is frequent. Let us treat this deliberately simplified truth as a call for permanent reflection and efforts towards its realization. It should be kept in mind that aspirations, strivings and creative force of the present times are inspired by children. Children symbolize the uniting force of generations. It is in the attitude towards children that the actual state and prospects of the society are reflected.
The governmental policy of modern Ukraine considers the issues of the young generation to be of top priority. It gives hope that a range of important matters connected with the protection of children will be successfully settled. We should exert every effort so that in the nearest future every young citizen says that their childhood is the happiest.
I would like to express special gratitude to those who are currently following this important and noble pursuit.
I believe that the number of happy children will grow every day. Modern young generation will eventually consolidate Ukraine as a powerful democratic European state.
